My take on the product:
It comes in a white colored metallic bottle with spraying nozzle and looks very luxurious. Bottle is very convenient to use while you are travelling or storing. The spring water is colorless, odorless, and light in texture. I use it almost every day, two or three times and after spraying this water my skin feels soft and smooth, I can feel the instant refreshment. After washing my face, I spray it two or three times and dab it onto my skin lightly and leave it to dry like a toner. It can be used in many other different ways if you want. Sometimes I use it to set my makeup and it instantly brings a glow to my face. I always keep it in my bag when I go out. I have also used this once after waxing, and it instantly gives me reliefness from itching. So many good things all together in a single bottle.I am really amazed.

  • It heals skin rashes
  • It can be used as a toner
  • It can be used to set makeup

Verdict:
It is a must have facial spray for us. Its versatile nature makes it a unique spray. It can heal, soften your skin, help to bring out the natural glow, and can be used as a toner and makeup setting spray. As a whole a blessing for our skin in a form of water.
Hope you all enjoyed my experience, let me know yours..:-)

Review and Swatches of L’Oreal Paris Color Riche L’Extraordinaire Matte Lip Color in the shade “103 Montaigne Brick”

Hello Beauties,

Hope you are all doing very well. Today I am going to review the recently launched L’Oreal Paris Color Riche L’Extraordinaire Matte Lip Color in shade “103 Montaigne Brick”. I am very excited to share my experience of this matte lip color and just to let you know, there are a total of 11 beautiful matte shades in this range.

What the product claims:
Richer than a lipstick, shinier than a gloss and smoother than a balm, Colour Riche Extraordinaire has revolutionised lip colour with a liquid lipstick developed with micro oils. While traditional lipsticks use waxes that can dull colour, oils infused with colour pigments reveal their full richness and reflect light for extraordinary depth, shine and nourishment.

Ingredients:
Argan oil, Camelia seed oil, Lotus Flower oil and Rosa Canina fruit oil combine in a formula that not only reveals the true light and richness of colour but also deeply cares for lips, providing long wearing comfort.

Price:
INR 950 for 5.5ml

My Take on the lip color:
It comes in a rose gold tube shaped packaging which has a transparent panel in the tube through which the exact color of the shade is clearly visible. It is really a handy tube which is very sturdy and comes with a sponge applicator which has a convenient base by which you can apply the lip color without any hassle. The applicator is attached to the cap of the tube and I simply love the texture. It is smooth and creamy and is not at all matte in nature, but after applying in the lips, it will settle into a super matte finish look. There is no need of applying lip balm, as it will have the moisturization effect. You have to be little careful while applying, it has a thick, creamy consistency which can go overboard and leave a stain. This lip color is highly pigmented and with just a single swipe it gives a opaque finish. Staying power is pretty decent, for me it goes up to 4 to 5 hours without a meal. The shade what I have picked is “103 Montaigne Brick”, a rusty brick color that is perfect for office wear.

Pros:
  • ·         Contains argan oil
  • ·         Keeps your lips moisturized
  • ·         Highly pigmented
  • ·         Sturdy and handy packaging
  • ·         Staying power is decent
  • ·         No need of lip balm underneath

Cons:
  • ·         Little pricey

Verdict:
The L’Oréal Extraordinaire Color Riche lip color mattes are simply amazing. These lip colors are real deal with super pigmentation, decent staying power, creamy texture with super fine matte formula which will give you a moisturized effect on your lips, and last but not the least, it has a wide variety between brights and nudes, I’m amazed.

Thumps up for these lip colors!!!!!

Don’t forget to share your experience if you already used it.

Forest Essentials – Luxurious Ayurveda Haul

Hi friends,

Hope you all are doing well. Today I will be sharing a haul post with you.  Last Sunday I spend a wonderful time at Forest Essentials, Forum Mall, Kolkata, discussing all about Ayurveda skincare regimen and I came up with some daily care products, all suggested by their skincare expert. It was a very long conversation that ends up very well with my skincare solutions.

It was my first visit and I was left enchanted by the ambience of the shop. When I entered the shop It felt like I am in middle of a flower garden! The skin expert was pretty good, she handed me four of the products suited for my skin. I did a swatch testing with all the four products before buying them. Finally they packed my goodies with care in a handmade paper box which had a lovely embroidery work, they even put some flower petals inside the box which made it smell extremely lovely.

Now to the four products that I have bought:

Lightening and Brightening Tejasvi Emulsion:

Forest Essentials Tejasvi Night Emulsion is specially formulated by combining unique natural moisturizers along with selected Ayurvedic herbs to provide extraordinary fairness, smoothness and suppleness to the skin. Cow’s Ghee is used as a carrier (Yohavahi) for herbs because of its supreme penetrating qualities and ability to carry actives of herbs deep into the skin. Cow’s Ghee along with Coconut oil and Organic Beeswax soften, nourish, protect and strengthen the skin tissues. Active herbs like KasturiManjal, Peepal and Banyan leaves are very potent antioxidant agents which help reduce the damaging effect of free radicals. Specific herbs like Akashneem and Jivanti makes the skin tone lighter and brighter and keeps it flawless. Regular usage of Tejasvi Night Emulsion enhances elasticity of the skin leaving it with a lighter fairer skin tone, supple and youthful with a noticeably soft resilient and ‘plumped’ quality, and a radiant glow or “Tejas”

Madhulika Nourishing Honey Lep:

A nourishing Facial Pack made with Organic Raw Honey mixed with nourishing herbs, flowers and fruit make a highly nutritious Lep. Honey's natural antioxidant and anti-microbial properties help to protect the skin from the damage of the sun's rays and replenishes skin moisture, leaving it feeling soft and supple. Honey absorbs impurities from the pores on the skin, making it an ideal cleansing agent. Raw cane sugar is a natural humectant and helps to retain moisture in the skin. Finely ground Orange peel helps to remove tan and brighten the skin tone. Sweet Orange Essential Oil is a natural astringent and anti-oxidant. Almond oil from sweet almonds is the nutritious, adds glow, and deeply moisturizes the skin. Sandalwood is an antiseptic, retains moisture levels, tones, purifies, cools and soothes the skin. NagKesar has skin retexturising, toning and firming properties. Vetiver is an antiseptic, that detoxifies and cools the skin. Anantmool is very effective for acne and pigmentation and evens skin tone. Mulethi is a multi action herb that nourishes, helps in skin-lightening and is a great glow booster. It contains several antioxidant compounds which instantly rejuvenate and revitalize dry dehydrated and mature skin, giving it a smooth toned feel and texture.

Roop Nikhar & Gulab Facial Ubtan:

Ubtans, made from finely ground herb, flower and root powders which are sundried and ground by hand, are used as cleansing scrubs or as face packs for deeper exfoliation. They are made into pastes by adding a small amount of the appropriate liquid, usually rosewater, milk or yoghurt; until the mixture achieves a smooth and creamy consistency. They contain Neem leaves that act as purifiers for the skin. Finely ground Orange Peel helps to remove tan and brighten the skin tone. Anantmool is very effective for acne and pigmentation; it evens skin tone and smoothes texture. Camphor is effective in purifying, cooling and clarifying the skin. Rose has cooling, soothing and moisturizing properties, and is naturally hydrating. Sandalwood or Chandan oil retains moisture levels, and it tones, purifies, cools and soothes the skin. Turmeric or Haldi is a strong anti-oxidant that prevents the ageing of the skin; it evens out skin tone and colour. Saffron gives the skin a warm glow.

Mashobra Wild Honey, Lemon & Rosewater Facial Cleanser :

The first rule of Ayurvedic skin care is to cleanse tone and nourish. The secret to proper cleansing is to remove dead cells and toxins, clear clogged pores and clean make-up without stripping the skin’s natural oils and moisture content. These Facial Cleansers contain Olive Oil, is a source of anti-oxidants that neutralizes the free radicals that damage the skin and accelerate the aging process, it also moisturises and helps in skin-rejuvenating. Anantmool is very effective for acne and pigmentation. Kumud helps in firming and toning. Royal jelly contains amino acids, a basic ingredient in collagen, which is essential in maintaining firmness of the skin. Nagkesar has skin re-texturising, toning and firming properties. Lemon Essential Oil is refreshing and uplifting for the skin. Honey absorbs impurities from the pores on the skin, making it an ideal cleansing agent. Steam Distilled Rose Water is a natural astringent. It tones and rehydrates the skin.

I got a Velvet Milk Body Cream Nargis as a free gift!!!!:-)

These are some primary information of each product and you can get more from Forest Essentials official site. I am very happy with the purchase I made and I can’t wait to use all of these and come up with the review for you guys.

Hope you enjoyed my weekend haul post. Don’t forget to write your valuable comments below as they inspire to write more.

Quantity:
50gm

My take on the product:
The product comes in a tube packaging which is very light weighted and easy to handle with flip cover. The cream comes out very smoothly and doesn’t need much pressure as there is no air filled inside. The cream looks little sticky but very light in nature. When you apply it, it absorbs into skin very easily. It has a sweet citrusy smell which is pretty soothing and refreshing. It moisturizes my skin very well and with SPF 30 it protects my skin from sun burns, so a moisturizer that keeps my skin hydrated and at the same time protects me from sun. I can also use this with my daily foundation, and it doesn’t cause any breakouts. As this moisturizer is light in nature, dry skin girls like me can only use this in summertime as it will not be able to give enough moisturization for dry winter season. It is very effective for dull skinned people as it brings out the natural radiance of your skin and make it glow. Yes this is absolutely true!!!! I can clearly see the difference as my skin is now more radiant, healthy and glowy.

Pros:

·         Cream is light-weighted

·         Absorbs into the skin easily

·         Tube packaging is very handy and hygienic

·         Contains SPF, which protects from sun burn

·         It moisturizer skin very well

·         It has a sweet citrusy smell which is soothing

·         Requires very small quantity for each application so a tube will go long way

Cons:

         Little pricy

Sensitive skin people may feel little burning sensation as I have heard but I dint feel any.

Verdict:

Overall it is a good moisturizer which hydrates your skin pretty well and protects it from sun burns. Brings out natural radiance for the dried and dull skin people and make them glowy.

So My beauties!!!what are you waiting for? Go and grab it to make yourself glowJ

Don’t forget to share your experience if you already have tried it.
Have a good day!!!
