Review on The body Shop British Rose Petal-Soft Hand Cream

Hi friends,

Hope you all are doing well. Today I am going to review a hand cream from The Body Shop British Rose Collection. I suffer from intense dry hands, especially after washing them, so I need cream to keep it hydrated. And yes I do stock a lot of them to pamper my dry handsJ

Now moving to the review

What the product claims:

Cocoon your hands in dewy hydration with our rose scented hand cream. Infused with the essence of hand-picked British roses, this caring lightweight hand moisturiser is like carrying a bouquet of beautiful blooms wherever you go
·         Dewy moisture for hands
·         Non-greasy and absorbs instantly
·         With the essence of hand-picked British roses

Price:

350(INR) for 30ml

My Take on the product:

The product comes in a pale pink and black coloured squeezable plastic tube packaging, with a twisted cap on the top. Such a cute handy packaging, I can place it in my hand bag or anywhere I want. This cream is basically water based non-greasy and very light in texture almost light pale pink coloured. Since it is very light in nature, it can easily blend and therefore absorb into skin within a minute or so. You won’t feel any oiliness or greasiness at all. The hand cream smells heavenly; a divine aroma of roses which lingers on my nose even after sometime and yes I love smelling my hands because of this J it moisturizes my hands but for a maximum of two hours. It cannot be considered as a heavy duty hand cream for very dry hands and thus need reapplication whenever it is needed.

Pros:

·         Tiny cute handy packaging
·         Light in texture
·         Smells divine
·         Moisturizes hands
·         Absorbs into skin very easily
·         Non greasy and non-oily

Cons:

·         Not a heavy duty moisturizer for very dry hands

Verdict:

Overall I like this hand cream for its wonderful fragrance and this is the best smelling hand cream I have ever came across. Not an intensely hydrating product but you can reapply whenever you want. I feel people with very dry hands may not be satisfied by its efficiency but again I think you would not mind of reapplying because it will give you amazing smelling moisturized hands.

So what are you thinking? Are you going to try this hand cream or let it go?

Rating:

4/5

That’s all for today friends!
